If you're tired of starting and stopping, lacking motivation, or struggling to stick to a routine, you're in the right place.
As your coach it will be my job to help you stick to a routine consistently to see results and for it to become a habit. I will help to keep you in a positive mindset for you to succeed in each day. This will be tailored entirely to you. You will be in regular contact with me throughout the day for support and should there be a blip or a wobble (as there inevitably will) I will get you back 'Ontrack' as quickly as possible.
About me
Prior to 2021, I would have been described as someone passionate about health and nutrition. In 2021, I was a 44-year-old mother of a 3-year-old, working full-time, and striving to reconnect with the best version of myself that I knew was within reach.
That year, I regained control of my life by educating myself on macros, accountability, and behavioral changes. I realized that much of what I had previously believed about dieting was pretty much BS. (Yep, I swear—gotta keep it real so you listen!)
Now, my mission is to help others who are in the same boat I was and show them the way to a healthier, more incredible life they truly deserve.

This is for the person who KNOWS what they need to do to see results, but just can’t quite stick to it. That’s where I come in.
As your coach, I’ll help you stay consistent with your routine so it becomes habit, and make sure you’re seeing progress. I’ll keep you in a positive mindset so you can crush each day. Everything will be customized just for you. You’ll be able to reach out to me throughout the day for support, and if you hit any bumps or wobble (which totally happens), I’ll help get you back on track ASAP.
8 weeks of daily accountability with Monday - Saturday one-on-one support through Voxer messaging (yes, I’m helping you tackle the weekend too) .
I’ll help you with managing your calories, but no stress if you don’t want to track everything.
Together, we’ll build a solid routine that’s perfectly suited to YOUR life and goals.

This program is designed for individuals who were raised to believe that consuming fewer calories is the key to achieving their desired physique—and who still hold that belief. My goal is to provide you with education and support so you can take control of your health and wellness in ways you may not have thought possible. Instead of following restrictive diets blindly, you will learn how to appropriately fuel your body, empowering you to make confident, informed choices independently.
You will receive personalized macronutrient guidelines that promote a flexible eating approach, allowing you to enjoy the foods you love while working toward your goals. I will help you understand what to eat, how much, and why—based on your individual objectives. While I strongly recommend tracking your food intake to optimize results, I will also teach you how to do so in a balanced way that doesn’t become overwhelming.
Throughout our program, I will be available for contact Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., providing ongoing support and guidance. I will be with you every step of the process, helping you maintain consistency and navigate challenges, even during busy times. Together, we will develop simple, sustainable routines that fit into your lifestyle without feeling burdensome.
You will be provided with a check-in sheet to track your progress, which will help us make necessary adjustments along the way. I will review this data weekly and offer feedback. Additionally, you may schedule a monthly Zoom consultation with me for personalized support and to address any questions or concerns.
